It's a right time for you to buy Micromusas sinve they are selling off on Ebay now.Take a look at ebay # 4381074822! Micormusas was selling off at a very very low price (8 + heads sold only 150 bucks), so it's less than 20 bucks for a head. There are so many now in the US market, that's why the price is going lower and lower....

my green favites, only paid $31.00, i think its a great deal, about 3.5" x 4". i dont have that many corals, but out of the ones i have, thats my favorite. sorry for the bad pics, i had to use my camera phone. that was right after i put it in, so its in a better place now, with all my other corals.

Nope, Greg had it right. it's a Cyphastrea decadia. Greg, how'd your bleach? i've never had any of my Cyphasts bleach. they usually brown out when i **** them off. BTW your tank is amazing. http://reefcentral.com/forums/images/icons/icon14.gif

It takes up the middle (about 1/3 total) of a 72" tank, reaches from front to back (18"). My best guess would be about 2-2.5' left to right, 18" front to back. I have no idea how many stalks are actually in the colony at this point but I bought it as a single stalk about 4-5 years ago.

Thanks for the compliment. I actually placed it too high in the tank and it got angry. The polyps are still orange though.

I have only fragged this guy two or three time in the last 4-5 years. I actually have to tear the tank down due to an upcoming east coast move. Anthony (aka SkinyChinaMan) is going to get the whole thing. Should be a blast taking him out of the tank. I am hoping between the rock and the coral itself it will fit into a 20 gallon rubbermaid container.

That piece sounds very fimiliar ;) I'm hoping that the frag I recieved of it turns out to be a good grower. I've only seen its tentacles out once.
