Sohol Problem

Is this Ich?
Tank has been up for 5 years and I have never seen anything like this. Sohol has been in the tank for 9 months - acts fine, eats well but loves the Cleaner Shrimp lately. Only recent addition is a Lawn Mower Blenny to help with a Bryopsis problem.
It would be impossible to get him out of the tank with so many hiding places. Any treatments for this problem?

You could try soaking nori in garlic extract.

Wow, that's a first for me... that doesn't even look like ich? More like white bloches of some kind? Hope he fights whatever it is off, that's strange looking.

I don't notice any texture to the blotches at all, they appear smooth. They also appear worse or better during the course of the day.

Does not look like ich to me. What are you feeding it? Lots of greens, nori and such?

He eats nori and is always picking at the rocks. Maybe I should vary his diet a bit?
