undersized chiller question

I have a 250g tank and only need to drop the temp about 4 degrees. Is it o.k. to go with a small chiller and just have it run more or is it better to go larger. I would really like to save some money here but am not going to buy a piece of crap. Thanks for any comment.

I'd go larger. If it's too small and it's a particularly hot day and need to drop it by more than 4 degrees, you can feel safe in knowing the chiller will be able to handle it.

plus it would run lss often and save you in electricity costs in the long run
