Right now I am using an Penguin 400 and an Aquaclear 300 on a 55g, both HOB's, that are left over from my FW setup. I am currently going with just a FOWLR setup, but I am thinking about getting a skimmer for extra cleanup and for extra water flow. I am probably going to go with the AquaC Remora. Should I be concerned about all that weight of all of those HOB's? I'm thinking no because they don't hold that much water, but I just want to know for sure. Thanks!

nope, shouldn't be any problem at all.

Well, if it helps you figure out weight ratios at all....I have a Magnum HOT 250, Aqua C Remora, and small 12" CPR Aquafuge all hanging on the back of my 55g. All has been well for some time now.

no...the hanging weight will not affect anything

better to have everyone tell me it is fine, than for me to be telling everyone that my tank is now all over the floor of my room. Thanks again!
