Glass sheets?

Do any of you raise zoos on sheets of glass? Cause I have heard they grow faster on flat surfaces and wondered if anyone here that grows zoos uses this method?

Noi havent used glass but i am growing some on the back of my aquarium on hanging pieces of pvc pipe they seem to love it and they are so much easier to remove when you want to frag the colony

I have attached a pic the brackets are just made from pieces of plastic grille broken in the right places and superglued together
