10 Gallon copod prop tank

Might I get some advice on how to best setup this up? I have a spare 10gallon tank that I would like to just use for copod propagation. No room for a sump so I am kind of stuck doing it like this.

EDIT: Well helps when you spell correctly Doh! I guess 10 gallon might be a bit of overkill. Looks like a bit of aeration and a coke bottle along side my phyto pharm will do the trick.
