At Dave's request, I setup a Yahoo Group for managing e-mail to the group. You can get to it at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/upstate_reef
Please become a member there and then when mail is sent to:
upstate_reef@yahoogroups.com
everyone who is a group member will get the e-mail.
You can choose between getting individual e-mails, a digest (one mailing daily with all the days mail notes included) or no e-mail (read it on the web).
There is also a calendar function which lets you schedule events (like the next meeting and mini-get togethers).
The database area has been setup for with a general contact form (this is only available to members) which you can fill out as desired.
There is also a photos and files area for posting (yep, you guessed it!) photos and files. ;) Sneaky, aren't they? *grin*
I'm open to additions or subtractions to the information that is there. Either post them here or over there....
