What type thermometers do you use in your Nanos? Any with alarms?

I use two, a glass one that is used in the tank and a stick on type that is on the outside of the tank.

oooops, just noticed they're out of stock. RadioShack has other models, just keep your receipt until you can check it's calibration with a glass thermometer.
