Right now I have an empty 10g, and i want to turn it into another nano. But I want some good lighting in this one so I can grow some corals.
Here are some lights that I'm interested in. Which one would be best for gowing corals in a 10g?

What corals do you want to keep? And do you care that the l;ight will be longer than the tank?

I think the last one will be best for a 10g because it comes with stands. With the jebo untis, you'll have to rest it on the top of your tank which is fine if the tank and the lights were the same legnth.

Well, I'm not entirely sure yet. Probably some mushrooms, polyps, and xenia since others have said they are pretty easy to care for. I want something that isn't too expensive, not too aggressive since it will be in a small tank with other corals, and of course not too high maintence.

Looking through all the links, I would go with the orbitz. THat will be enough for the corals you want and its a bitter fit over a 10g.

check ebay for the odyssea 24" light if you shop good you can get it with legs, and moonlight cheaper then you can on aquatraders.com. it is a dual 65 watt light with 2 built in fans.

with the orbit light, you wont have a light that is longer than the tank. Its already a nice 20" instead of 24"
