will arm media dissolve at 6.8? i have a crappy co2 reg i can either get it to stay at 6.8 or it goes below 6.5 i think Its a crappy needle valve, will 6.8 still dissolve the media?

Is your reactor a single or dual chamber? I know a few people who run there effluent at 6.8 so you should be fine.

6.8 is out of the 1st chamber

Some of it will. It is a matter of rate, and how accurately you are measuring pH. Try measuring the alkalinity of the effluent from the reactor and compare it to the tank water to see how much is dissolving.
