I was wondering how much directional adjustment there is at the joints, Specifaclly when it comes to the Flare Nozzles. Is there enough movment that you can aim them?

Yes you can aim them easily.

they aren't adjustable through all possible axis but they are very very adjustable. My last two systems had some modular line in them and I love the stuff.

The only real time you can have difficulty adjusting is if there is only a couple of links. More links equals more range of adjustment. :)
