Quick question about RO/DI placement!

I was wondering, can you lay the RO unit on it's side instead of standing up? I'm quite limited for space where the unit is going, was wondering if I could lay it down.

Why not, flow through the unit is controlled by openings = nothing to to with orientation.

I would think the same as ErikS..... Gravity shouldn't have any effect on how it filters the water....

It's not a problem, many RO/DI units come with the RO filter positioned horizontally instead of being vertical along with the other cartridges.
