Xenia colonie rocks and green striped mushrooms

I have some Xenia colonie rocks with @ 10 stalks on each give or take for 20 $

and a large piece @ 10" X 6" with @ 25 stalks for 55$

I also have green striped mushroom rocks for 20$ Or single mushrooms for 2$

What side of Cleveland are you from? Would you meet part way if I bought the large Xenia and the mushroom rock? I may want some sand too, it is for a friend so I need to ask him first.
