Too Much Lighting? Or Not Enough?

What do you guys think of this light setup? Would it be sufficient enought lighting for a 30 gallon reef 24" deep?

hi,

that should be enought light for a 30g tank, but a few pointers, I don't like magnetic ballast becuase they are very heavy, check the shipping $45, and many make noise, and they get real hot and the light bulb is non brand name, not sure what you are getting, nor the vho light,

if you want a nice setup whey not get something like this

or if you want SE, a reflector, ARO 250w electronic ballast that can fire any 250w bulb, and a bulb like halminton 14k, and you don't need anything else in the 200 range

and if you upgrade to a bigger tank, longer tank, than just add another set and you don't dump money down the drain,
