Well all is well in my tank again, and I even noticed i am growing some coralline in certain areas(pictures to verify) im pretty sure its coralline anyway, and i though id just post some pics of my tank and how i have it set up atm.

fun facts....the left side of tank is where the fish usually hang out there is an arch with a cave and stuff, right side is stacked where i have my few corals atm, when i start getting more stuff ill stock both sides or move rocks not sure yet.

My tusk if finally swimming around again and swelling on the eye has gone down pretty well, just bought some pimafix to see if it works better.

One thing that I noticed is that you have most of the rocks built up against the walls. You might be careful of this, as I heard you should not keep stacked rocks within two to three inches from the aquarium wall as it can prevent water flow in your tank. Also, the rocks may not be able to get the correct flow and become sedentary. If anyone feels differently about this, I'd like to hear your views, maybe start a new thread if it is important to anyone. I think I heard this fact from Meleev's reef or from Garf, I forget.

I think it is a little misleading to tell people not to put rocks against the glass. Leaning rocks against the glass has been the norm for reef tanks for years and years. Not everyone does it, but by far the majority or reefers do. Yes, it probably does create some zones behind the rock that there is not much flow. I would say that you are just fine leaning your rocks against the glass.
