Moving to bigger tank question

I am considering moving from a 12G to a 24G. The 12G has been up for 4 months and is starting to look small! I will be transfering the following. Several Ricordia, Colony of Zoanthids, 3 small GSP rocks, large green mushroom rock, large hairy mushroom, and a Frogspawn. No fish yet. My question is should I transfer the live sand? I have about 20 lbs of live sand that came prepackaged with water (forgot the brand) when I started the 12G. I will also be moving about 15 lbs of live rock.

IMO I would just for the fact that is may have some nice live sand critters in it that could help balance the tank faster, however since it is only 4months old their may not be many present in your tank yet., in all my tank upgrades I did this, seemed to work for me.
