I have a pair of A. Percula that have been spawning for the last 3 months about 2 twice a month! They are hosting a rose anemone. I also have a 6-line and a yellow watchman in the tank with live rocks and corals. I bought another tank so I can put the pair in there and try to hatch the eggs. After reading Clownfishes by Wilkerson, I think I'm almost ready. But have some questions if someone can please help me out.
1. the pair are hosting a rose anemone right now, if I move them to a new tank would they still spawn without the rose?
2. can I feed the lavae with DT's and Cyclopeeze mix with Selcon? would that be sufficient?
I would appreciate any suggestions you may have in order for me to be successful at this. I'm not looking profit of this. I just feel like I'm wasting away the eggs.

You will need rotifers and an algae source to feed the rotifers. Most people are using Instant algae these days. I have not used DTS to feed rots so I can't say. You can use bioplankton to feed your rots if you are going for some small scale rearing.

Cyclop-eeze is way to big to start your clowns with. Newly hatched brine shrimp are to big as well. Rots are the number one choice.

I would recommend get Joyce Wilkerson's book. It lays down a decent foundation for breeding clowns. If you don't have it, get it! This book should be required reading for all whom wish to raise clowns.

You can move your pair but be prepared to have a time lapse in their spawning. Its best to move them with their nest. This seems to speed up their rebound in spawning in their new home.
