starting new tank

I am setting up a new tank for when I go home for summer break from school... it is a 55 and has 15lbs of uncured live rock in it. I will be adding another 35lbs when I take down my 30. I need it cycled in 3 weeks, it has been up for almost a week and the ammonia is still zero is there any way I can safely speed up the process to make sure it is reef ready in three weeks? dude throw an uncooked scrimp from the store in there and that will help your amonia cycle through :)
