best lfs in SF to check out?

i'm from sacramento and i'm heading out to SF today any recommendations on lfs i should check out..? any lfs w/ a good selection of macro algae too? any input would be greatly appreciated

I'd check out the eastbay stores. I don't have a preference, but the east bay seems to have the best shops overall. Check out the lfs list by rurouni kenshin on top of our forum.
