I ordered one of the build your own packages for a clean up crew on Tuesday 3-22 and arranged for delivery today 3-26. The package included free shipping if buying $60 or more. I called the order in due to the fact that I wanted to insure I could get Saturday delivery(12.50 extra). The CSR on the phone was excelent with helping me. My order arrived this morning at 8:30am via FedEx. Was packaged very well with a heat pack. The only thing missing were two peppermint shrimp. They were on back order. I called Etropicals and they said my account wasnt even billed for the 2 missing shrimp as they were not expecting to have any for 30 days...I would definately give Etropcals.com 2 thumbs up on healthy critters, packaging and customer service!!!
