I have a 100 Gpd Ro aquasave unit that only puts out about 12-15 GPD. the unit is only about 5 months old, i bought it off of a guy for nothing he didnt want to fool with it and bought a new unit.

Is there any valves that i could check?

Anyone ever seen anything like this before?

I have plent of pressure, my old R/o ran fine on the same hoses and setup.

I dont need 100Gpd but it would be nice to get it working so i can feel something up fast if i have to.

Thanks

I found if it says 100 gpd like mine, you won't get it, just a percentage. You should be getting more though. You may want to check the filters and replace, the more gunked up they get the less they put out. Check the RO membrane, it may be smaller than what the setup is rated for. That is the key component for output, at least what my water guy says.

Check all your prefilters. They can reduce the pressure that reaches the membrane by a significant amount if they are clogged.

Your water temp will affect output as well.
