This tank has been in the planing for a while now, corals and fish are in the basement in the future sump and fuge...really gettoed out right now... the 190 will go in my office with a hole in the wall to the main hallway. so this will take a while but i figured i would update the thread as I move a long. For so reason it is taking me forever...guess mostly cause i have to sand the tank...grrrr... here is a shot of the stand now...http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/44612Stand.jpg will have to wait for tax returns to get the wood to wrap it and finish it off...
another shothttp://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/44612Stand1.jpg

the plumbing will go up the left side and be hidden by the wall. i am thinking of going with a manifold type design for the CL. and from the basement up i have a GRI520 which will run two eductors.. still wondering if i should add another internal overflow as i only have one and it has just 1 1" bulkhead and a 3/4 as return. this is the tank... getting the last side sanded and such...http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/44612Tanksanding.jpg

I have two pumps i can use for the closed loop... an ampmaster 3000 or this

from what i can figure its a
Sequence 1000 5800SEQ23
8' cord with 115v plug. 23'max head, 1200-5400 GPH, 4600 GPH@11', 1/3 HP, 396 watts
just it is 220 from what i can tell. so a little less operating cost for me.
planning on going barebottom and mostly sps but always some of everything in there as well. will update when i get more done. will be starting to frame the canopy this week and hopefully get the tank mostly done and ready to either add the other overflow or start on piping...
any comments feel free. thanks for all the information everyone has given on this site...

i sanded and polished more and more... got it pretty good. set it on the stand tonight to see if i could see the scraches with the water in.. and NOPE away they went... so a vinigar bath, and figureing out how to install the over overflow with the bracing... opions are welcome... i am going to put another overflow in.. make each drain 1.5 inches, and make the returns 1 inch... here are a few more shots.
