Road trip from San Jose to Octopus Garden in Berkeley

I'm going to be going from San Jose to Berkeley to check out Octopus Garden then going down and visiting Aquascene and then Atlantis Aquarium and Aquatic Gallery. Wanted to see if anyone wanted to join me for the ride. I'll be going this Saturday leaving around 1:30 or so.

Well do you mean why I'm going up there? Well Iheard that they are a bit costly, but have been told they have rarer fish up there. I've been looking for fish like eviota gobies, trimmas, and things like that for my nano. Havent had too much luck finding them so I called them and they actually had a few species. So I figure I'll go up there to pick some of them up and hit a few other stores on the way back.

So they are a good source for rare fish? Cool. How are they on corals?

I odnt know, I guess I'll find out on Sat.

Almost zero SPS Tacocat, not really your kinda place ;) They really specialize in fish.

FWIW, I didn't sell him any more small gobies this week. I didn't see any when I was there the other day either. I will be getting more in next week, so I'd call & check prior to driving up there.

I like rare fish too. I'm trying to find a panda goby for my wife.

I'm looking for any types of eviotas, trimmas, helkogrammas, panda gobies, anything of that sort....

i am looking for a Midas Blenny, you wouldn't think it is rare, but I just can't find one. Anyone with a suggestion
