The tunze 6060 is a great powerhead for those of you who are seeking an alternative to the seios or maxijets. Unlike the "pushing" of a usual powerhead, the flow from the stream is diffused and both fish and coral seem to respond in a positive manner to the flow. At 11w for the 6060 it is also very energy friendly for those of us who are paying hefty electricity bills.
The tunze osmolator is another great product for those of you tired with lugging water to top-off your tanks. With a unique sensor detecting the water level as well as a second back up float device (in case of overflows) - it is a very well made and thought out product. The pump is small and cheap (easily replaceable for a small $18) but efficient.
Finally Roger on the Tunze forum provides exemplary customer service. :thumbsup:
my only sticking point: streams/osmolators are consistently back-ordered at certain places so if you do not have the patience or need the product immediately, this can be irritating. I am also not a fan of the "holder". While better than suction cups - it's still kinda odd.
