parasite trouble

Hey all I am having problems getting rid of parasites on my fishes. My trigger fish has cloudy eyes and i am treating him with a med that has 2% copper and like 26% formaldyhide the med is tri chleted. I have all my fish on this med and I dont see signs of change i have a clown who appears to have things clung to his gills almost like needles it camoflauged to his colors black then orange so its hard to tell . Also is there a way to treat parasites in my main tank? Ive been using garlic in the food . I need help!!

Diagnosis is very important for sure. You write 'parasite.' Do you know what kind(s) of parasite?
