My regal tang has an eye injury due to an agressive damsel. Can/should i treat the injury? how?

Get the aggressive damsel out! That will help. As far as the eye injury, what kind of injury is it? Please explain, and pics would be of much help if possible.

got the bugger out, but not without moving my LR. pic might be hard to get but I will try.

Can you isolate the fish in a quarantine/hospital tank? If so, I'd do that and keep an eye on him for secondary infection. If he does get infected, then there are various treatments available.

If you can't move him out of your display, just keep an eye on him, make sure your water quality is top-notch, and make sure he stays eating.

I had a damsel pick on everything in my tank when I first set it up....when I had my first ich outbreak, I treated all the fish but that nasty damsel. In fact, I'd get rid of the damsel if you can. It's funny how the cheapest fish always pick on the more expensive ones. LOL.
