Otto aquarium equipment

Does anyone know anything about Otto aquarium equipment ? Sold by Ultalife. Where is it manufactured and is Otto quality products ? Thanks for any input you may have.

Don't know much about their products other than I was using one of their pumps (probably equivalent to a Mag 5) for several years. But I came home about a month ago and something stunk around my sump. Smelled like something burning. The Otto literally cracked open and destroyed itself.
