new tank, what rock and sand?

I wil finally be setting up my 75g tank after a long time of reading. I have two options.
1. TBS package
2. Southdown sand seeded by live sand, hirocks seeded by figi and or tonga rock from liveaquaria.com.

What would be a better choice? Do you have any other choices?

there are many options for rock just all depends on what you want and how much you want to spend.. me i started with my live rock from liverocks.com then added the more expensive rock once the tank was cycled
