I have my 55g filled up with LR.
I have my return (600gph@3ft) and overflow at opposite ends of the tank.
What additional water flow do I need? Recomendations?
I would like to keep zoos, softies, shrooms, ect..
Thanks

an additional 630gph in a 55 seems a bit high, no?
Nah, put that on the end of your tank, and you will have some nice flow. Should be just right.

So keep the rio 2100 as my return and add a device like the one above for internal circulation. right
yes, that would be good, but you might want to re-think the rio. They don't get the greatest reviews on this site.
