a quicky on water HELP

I was wondering, about 2 weeks ago i mixed up a water change and i mixed way to much!!! The extra has just been sitting in the mixing tank with only a heater in it will it be fine to use for this water change to or does it go bad or stagnate?

I constantly have about 20gals of mixed water ready. I keep a heater in it and a pump to circulate/aerate it. I would throw a powerhead in therre to mix it and add to some air to it for about 24 hrs, then it should be fine.
Just my advice, since I've never had a prob. with doing this way.

I have a water problem, im beginning the cycle of a new tank 2 days ago I added the live sand it was really cloudy. cleared up a bit, and now its just regular cloudy? whatever it is, it is not clear. Its a 10 gallon tank and I just added a second filter. I have heard about doing a 50% water change, but isnt that defeating the purpose of balancing the tank? I also just added 4lbs of live rock today?
