OK, after UPS totally screwed up my t5 shipping order and had me flipping out thinking I was going to have to wait out a 8 day shipping trial, jonh at aqualuxlighting.com called up with the great news....I fresh order of bulbs is on the way. He was totally not concerned with outcome of the investigation and hooked a reefer up. This hobby is filled with great people.
