Whats a good powerhead for a 10g tank?

Maxijet 900 or 1200 should do it. Depends on how much flow you want. Two 600s (one on either side) might be better.

I would go with two 600s. I put a 900 in my 10g and it blew all of the sand to one side, even with the flow directed up.

The idea of putting an MJ 1200 in a 10 gallon is a very bad one. Assumming that you are aiming for around 20x turnover you need to move 200 gallons per hour. A MJ 1200 turns 295 gallons per hour. So that would be overkill even if you didn't have any other means of water circulation. Consider what your filtration gives you and then decide how much more flow you need.

Haven't seen those. They would be great for my future SH tank and my current 10g nano FOwLR.

Those are cool ..Never seen them before either... That one is really small....

also like the new aquaglobes... They seem to have finnally got the bugs out... My last one is till running 6 month later....

I look into those

right now im using a Rio 180 and it seems very weak. And the filter is a penguin turning at 150 gallons per hour
