MegaFlow water level

All,

I have a new 90g with the MegaFlow overflow. Where should I have the water level, like this picture? It’s too noise right now.

I have a Gen-X PCX-30 rated as:
Head Height: 3' 6' 9' 12' 14'

GPH: 800 700 550 375 Shut Off

Have you determined exactly where most of the noise is coming from? Is it the durso?

Is it the durso?
Yes. I tried adjusting it by pulling it or pushing it. I also tried making the little hole on top where the air goes in a bit bigger, but no help.

I think the problem is that the hole is sitting on the water line. Try plugging that hole and putting one in the top of the pipe.

There are a total of 3 holes. I can try blocking all of them.
