small white things on glass

I have small white cirrcular thibngs all over my glass they are very small 1/10th of a mm maby any help would be nice

type of feather duster worm(i think).. looks like a snail? i have alot everywhere for at least a year. Seems harmless, if its on your glass its likely on yoour rock. mine hitchhiked on a torch coral, then spread from there.
