Starting a refugeium, need a tiny bit of help

Ok, I've got my sump sectioned off (40 gallons for the fuge), got my lights with timer, and I've got some live sand in there too.

Now I just need something to grow! ;)

What kind of macro-algea should I get, and where should I get it?

most people are going to recommend chaetomorpha.

it looks like spaghetti balled up.. green... itll export nutrients, grow fast, and feed your pod life forms.

other macro algaes, such as Caulerpa, are also powerful nutrient exports but have the possibility of going sexual, releasing alot of nutrients back into the water and killing or poisoning alot of life.

My LFS has all kinds of macro, they even gave me some for free. It had a zillion little stars in. What a deal!
