Coloring Up?

Hi all,

I just got these two Acanthastrea echinata (I believe both are) yesterday. I think they have some potential. Will they color up?

I've heard some say they will. Mine never did end up looking like the pic of the mother coloney

I think the first one is a A.subechinata. They will color up, or down, how ever you want to call it. It will need to get some more zooxanthelle, which will make it darker. You should still see the purple mouths, with the red color around the mouth.
The one that I have looked a lot like your second pic when I got it. It took a few months to get rid of the white patches.
