PFO Ballast Misfiring?.... HELP

I just fired up my new PFO dual 175w which I am running 2 Ushio 10k's on. My problem is that they keep misfiring, I think. I will turn it on and they start the warm up process then shut off a minute later. After about three of four times they finally fire fully. Is this normal for the burn in period or is there a problem with my ballast? I need to set these on a timer for the next week so I need to know if something is wrong. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure of what your actual problem is, but I just had two new toggle switches sent to me from PFO because one of them broke. Luckily (I thought) since it was broken in the ON position my timer would take of turning it on and off, but on the second day a burning smell was coming from the ballast enclosure so I unplugged it.

I suggest giving them a call to let them trouble shoot for you.
