90% dead candy

i was givin a 90% dead candy cane (asked for it)
and have a couple Qs
1)where do i put it in good or moderate lights
2)good or low flow
3)will it contaminate my tank if it dies
4)what chance does it have
5) any thing i can do to help it survive
6)any thing else you want to say about candys

i would put it in moderate light. some say more light but i have done good with them at the bottom of my tank.and with flow i would also give low to med.not to much to wear it would blast tissue away. just enought to make it wobble a little if it was still whole.i have one right know that is helaing too. it was also about 90%dead. acro fell on it. ouch!!only had two heads of this rare color. and almost lost the one.but now 30 days later it is recovering its about 40 -50% back and know it's gonna have to heads... i too thought it was a goner nut it fooled me. good luck!!
