I found a very old 55 gallon fishtank silver corner trim slate bottom and black sealent. Is it safe to use, in the salty water hobby? Thanks for your help!!!

I would avoid metal frame tanks for saltwater. You also do not know the history of the tank and if copper was ever used in it. I would not use it for a saltwater tank.
