how bright is too bright?

I'm setting up lunar lights for my 29 gallon tank and I was wondering how many LED's people generally use. How many would be too bright? Thanks in advance.

I think it would take lots of LEDs to make "too much light". I place mine about 6 inches apart all along my tank and wish I had twice as many. I don't think your problem will be having too many, I think it will be having too few. If you can create a light setup where you can add LEDs somehow, then you will be able to add till you have what you want. Otherwise I suggest you figure out how many you think you need and then double it.

I think I have heard of people using around 1 led per 2 feet.
