The last two times i have been into aquatiac tech htere has been rude teenagers working there not wanting to help you and standing around stuffing there face with food, the putting there unwashed hands into the tanks. Its either gary or these kids there are rude, sorry i disagree the place i go to is saltycritter, nice attitudes and they dont act like your inconviencing them

Wow, feel the love in the forums...within the last 48 hours I've had over 12 people tell me how much they absolutely hate Aquatic Technologies. I mean, I've heard some real vehement horror stories!

Which begs the question...if so many folks hate them so much how do they stay in business?

Just makes one wonder, that's all. I can't say I visit them often either, just that the two or three times I have I got lucky and the staff were in a rare good mood.

Speaking of the east side of Cleveland...or rather the Akron area...if it's not too far out of your way might be worth trying to catch up with the folks of Club Reef.

This Club Reef, in Mogadore? I have heard of this but I cant seem to get any info, do you have a phone number for them or directions?? Please do tell and I promise not to buy out all the cool stock. (Besides my tank is already overloaded)
As far as Aquatic Tech I was only there once a couple of weeks ago and I thought it very interesting. One teenager knew a lot more than me (i'm a newbie) and he was very helpful. I also dragged this kid around and hit him with at least a dozen or so questions!
They had a "Lookdown" fish for only $20! but it only had one eye and the eye that was missing was pretty knarley. My son said we could call him "Popeye"....I passed on the bargin
And yeah the prices seemed a higher than some of the smaller places I've been to lately

my two cents~
