Has anyone ever had one of these babes before. I saw this on the marine center today never saw one before. Is it a fairy or a flasher? Either way its hot

It's a type of flasher. I've never seen one in person, so I don't know if they typically look like that, though.

Kuiter's Wrasse book lists it; it is indeed a Flasher, not a Fairy Wrasse.
The Marine Center pic is much more purple than the one in the book. It's related to Filamented Flashers apparently.
The book and also Fishbase.org list it as a deeper water species, from the Marshall Islands and Palau. Fishbase has no live pics of it.
Don't know how it would fare in a brightly lit tank.
