mantis shrimp

I just seen a little green mantis shrimp scamper across my tank. Does anyone know how I should catch him, I havent been able to find the rock he is living in. Do those little traps actualy work and if they do does anyone have one I could use to get him out. On another note when he does come out and someone wants him he is yours for the small fee of $0. thanks guys

I have heard of a lot of people with good results just using a bottle trap - good luck!!
