new PC bulb setup

It's time to replace my PC bulbs on my 48" fixture. SunPaq seems to offer a lot of choices.
What does everyone recommend?

1) Actinic - use a 460 nm ,a 420 or the combo 460/420?

2) Daylight - use 10,000K, 6,700 or the combo 10,000/6,700?

I have the combo bulbs and hate them to death. Everything has more of a yellow color to it instead of having that nice bright bluish tint.

I use the JBJ 2 65 watt 10,000K and two 65 watt blue actinic. Just got new lights.
