Saltwater + Lemon Jucie = ?

Before I begin-- HAPPY NEW YEAR! =O]

Just wondering what effect does lemon juice adds to the water chemistry since people use lemon juice to kill aiptasia and additive to their food.

I expect that it does lower pH a bit, and add some organic material to the water. Probably nothing specific beyond that. :)

Albert Thiel used to recommend adding Vitamin C to the water, but I've not seen any evidence that it was beneficial.
