Can I use this without a pump? I have a 9 foot drop from the display to the skimmer. It has about 400GPH pump on it now(should be 500) and the drop will be about 400GPH also(till I get a bigger pump). I need to get a venture for it but don't know if a 9 ft drop will draw in air for the venture to work.
