Skimmer

Hello,

I recently set up a 55 gallon and I have been looking for a Protein skimmer. Any suggestions as to which one I might need
My $ range is 80-120. I found one on the DrFosterssmith websight called a seaclone150 that looks pretty good.

If you are looking for a hang on skimmer, I like the BakPak2R. The new Seaclones are better than the old ones but are still a bit finicky...

Aqua-C Remora is also nice but can be pricier.

In your price range the CPR is about the best avalible, for a little more you can move up to the Knop ro Kent units, or for a few more dollars the Remora is a great unit.

If you want a cpr I do have a good used one $85, it will include a brand new pump on it.
