Mantis Shrimp

Hi guys,
I have am a new comer to the reef tank hobby and after adding some live rock last week I have picked up a mantis shrimp, I assume these are bad in a reef tank and want to know how the hell I get rid of it? it is far to fast to catch in a net and I only see it from time to time and it doesn't stay still long enough for me to get a picture. It is black about 50mm long and I hear this poping noise every so often.

Hey!
You will probably need some kind of fish trap
You could do a search in this forum on how to catch them
or make traps
If you are not to far away
I'd be interested in picking up or paying shipping

Take a peak around this forum, you may want to set up a small tank for the little guy and keep him. They are actually really cool pets. There are traps or I have used room-tempature club soda on the rock it was hiding in (popped right out).
