Feather Duster help needed

I got two Feather Dusters today from e-tropical. It wasn't what I had asked for, but it was what they shipped.

Anyway, I've had lousy luck with these guys, they always poop their crowns off and they never grow them back.

Any tips on what they like/dislike as far as light/current/etc?

Moderate current, low light. They are very sensitive to salinity variations so acclimate them very very slowly. They need quite a bit of phytoplankton so if your water is clear then you'll definately need to supplement with something like DT's.

I keep mine near a source of sand and they seem to appreciate the extra tube building material.
