I've been playing around with these for a couple of weeks now and I've made a few of them so I thought I'd post a few pics over here and see what you all thought..

The original with 40 x 1mm Titanium Pins:

the all new 16 x 3mm Titanium Pins:

there is a thread over here: http://www.saltcreep.com/forums/showthread.php?t=606 with some more details etc..

Next step is to get hold of a Sedra 3500 and make a needle wheel to suit it..

enjoy,

If the prize is a Sedra 3500 then I might be interested... I was hoping someone here might be able to hook me up with one, or at least tell me where I can get a decent deal on a 3500 to experiment with..

oh, some more pics of these needle wheels can be found in my gallery here: http://crayfish.nu/gallery/view_album.php?set_albumName=album23

Sick! Looking sweet man! I wouldnt trust the superglue, though. Try drilling the hole slightly undersized and press fit to the shaft.

thanks H2OENG, I'm glad someone likes them....

I'll try press fitting the next one, thanks for the tip..
